BuySurprise is an online gifting platform offering a variety of gifts, including flower bouquets, fresh roses, cakes, Snacks bouquet ,teddy bears,Snacks basket, balloons, LED gifts, gift baskets, chocolates, greeting cards, surprise deals, and other special gifts.
By using our website or placing an order with BuySurprise, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Orders & Product Availability
All orders placed through BuySurprise are subject to product availability and order confirmation.
We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, designs, and presentations shown on our website accurately represent the actual products. However, minor differences may occur due to product availability, screen settings, seasonal flowers, packaging, or the natural appearance of certain products.
If a specific flower, cake design, gift item, color, brand, or other product is unavailable, BuySurprise may provide a similar alternative of comparable value and quality after informing the customer whenever reasonably possible.
An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment and order details have been successfully verified.
Payment Policy – Important
To ensure secure and reliable order processing, BuySurprise follows different payment requirements depending on whether you are ordering something for yourself or sending a gift to another person.
🏠 If You Are Ordering for Yourself
If you are ordering a product for delivery to your own home or personal address, you must pay:
50% of the total order amount in advance.
The remaining:
50% will be payable through Cash on Delivery (COD) when your order is delivered.
Example:
For an order worth Rs. 4,000:
Rs. 2,000 – Advance Payment
Rs. 2,000 – Cash on Delivery
🎁 If You Are Sending a Gift to Someone Else
If you are placing an order to send a gift to another person, including a friend, family member, spouse, fiancé/fiancée, partner, or loved one:
100% payment must be made in advance.
Cash on Delivery is not available for gift orders, because the person receiving the gift is not the customer who placed the order.

Delivery Policy – Important
At BuySurprise, we understand that gifts are often connected to important moments, celebrations, and surprises. Therefore, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and timely delivery.
🚀 200-Minute Delivery Commitment
Once your order has been confirmed and the required payment has been received, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is delivered within 200 minutes (approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes).
⏰ Scheduled Delivery
If you provide or select a specific delivery time, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order at your requested time.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including heavy traffic, severe weather, road closures, incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, product preparation requirements, or unexpected operational issues.
In such situations, BuySurprise will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and complete the delivery as soon as possible.
Choose Your Delivery Method
At BuySurprise, customers have the choice of delivery method, subject to availability and order requirements.
🚗 Car Delivery
Car delivery may be selected for larger, delicate, premium, or multiple-item orders where additional space and protection may be beneficial.
🏍️ Bike Delivery
Bike delivery may be suitable for smaller and lightweight orders and may offer a convenient delivery option for certain locations.
The selected delivery method is subject to availability, product size, order quantity, delivery location, weather, traffic, and operational conditions.
In certain circumstances, BuySurprise may recommend the most suitable delivery method to ensure that your order reaches its destination safely.
Additional charges may apply depending on the selected delivery method, distance, location, or special delivery requirements.
Delivery Address & Recipient Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:
Recipient's full name
Correct delivery address
Active phone number
Preferred delivery time, if applicable
Any important delivery instructions
Correct gift message or customization details
BuySurprise cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
The recipient should be available at the provided delivery location at the scheduled delivery time.
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may contact the customer or recipient to arrange an appropriate solution.
Gift Delivery & Surprise Orders
For surprise and gift orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient's contact and delivery information is correct.
BuySurprise may contact the recipient when necessary to complete the delivery. However, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the surprise nature of the order where possible.
For security and delivery confirmation purposes, we may use reasonable methods to confirm that an order has been successfully delivered.

After an order is placed, our team may contact the customer through phone, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels to confirm:

Delivery address
Recipient information

Product/customization requirements
For orders requiring advance payment, processing will begin after the required payment has been received and verified.
BuySurprise reserves the right to cancel or decline an order if payment is not received, information cannot be verified, the requested product is unavailable, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Customization & Special Requests
Customers may request customization for certain products, including:

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill customer requests. However, specific flowers, colors, designs, brands, or other requested items may not always be available.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact BuySurprise as soon as possible.
Cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered the preparation, customization, purchasing, packaging, or delivery process.
Because many BuySurprise products—including flowers, cakes, food items, customized gifts, and special arrangements—are prepared specifically for individual orders, advance payments may be non-refundable once preparation or processing has started.
Any refund request will be considered based on:
Order status
Product type
Preparation status
Customization
Reason for cancellation
Whether the order has already been dispatched
Cakes, Flowers & Perishable Products
Cakes, flowers, chocolates, and other perishable products require appropriate handling and storage after delivery.
Customers are responsible for properly storing and handling these products after receiving them.
BuySurprise is not responsible for damage, deterioration, melting, or other changes that occur after successful delivery due to improper handling, storage, temperature, or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order has been delivered, BuySurprise may confirm delivery through reasonable methods, including:
Phone confirmation
WhatsApp confirmation
Recipient confirmation
Delivery photograph, where applicable
Other reasonable delivery records
For gift orders, the customer agrees that such confirmation may be used as evidence that the order has been delivered.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order with BuySurprise, customers agree to:

Provide a valid and active phone number.
Make the required advance payment within the specified time.
Be available for order confirmation when required.
Ensure that the recipient can receive the order.

BuySurprise cannot be held responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information, customer unavailability, recipient unavailability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
